Maximum numbers of screens in usage today are circular motion screens. In this screen vibration creates due to generation of centre of gravity with putting unbalanced mass on the rotating elements. The motion of particles moves in circular manner till the material flows on the screen clothes. Proper screen clothes opening select based on your product cut points for getting better capacity of the screen.

We have supplied various vibrating screens sizes starting from 400 x 600 mm length up to 2200 W x 6000 mm length size to meet different applications in sponge iron, coal, clay, Mineral and other industries.

Capacities could range from few tons to few hundred tons. The screens are usually inclined.

We make the geared vibrator types, with the basket being near horizontal in construction. Excellent for fine screening / dewatering applications.

The former finds application in grading different products, where screening as to be accurate and materials fine in nature. We supplied quite a few to the abrasive industries. Up to 4 decks grading in to 5products are possible. Capacities will be of the order of a few Tons / hr. only.

Gyratory screens were developed by us for meeting the needs of bagasse board plants, Laminates plants and wooden ply plant. Bagasse was given away free of cost earlier. It came to be employed as a boiler as fuel. Later, Bagasse was crushed and mixed with certain resins, heated and made in to Bagasse Boards. Being light and fluffy, special screens were developed by us for meeting these special needs. Sizes are 2.5 x 3.2M in 2/3 deck construction. These screens are used by leading Players like Greenly Industries.
