Moktali Engineering Company is Partnership Company, established in 1974 by the Founder-entrepreneur Mr. N.R. Moktali. He was subsequently joined by Mr. R. Shankar and Mr. H. V. Prabhu.
The Company then became a Partnership Concern. Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation, a unit of Govt. of Gujarat was quick to recognize the technical entrepreneurship and helped establish this unit in association with Gujarat State Financial Corporation.
